The Studio Rotary Club of Elstree and Borehamwood were joined by District Governor Mike Wren on their float for the annual Elstree & Borehamwood Town Council's Civic Festival Parade in 2019

The float was also enhanced by the Polio Beetle, and Polio Bear from RIBA who joined the club on this year's parade.

A video crew also came to see the parade, with Eve Conway from district directing a video about the club.

Eve interviewed our president and president elect, as well as other members learning about the projects that we have undertaken in our first year.

The float was judged and came in 2nd place in the contest held by the council, raising the profile of this Rotary project within our local community.
